on 25 May 2018 the new European legislation on the protection of personal data entered into force. Our business is 100% committed to data protection. For this reason we welcome the general regulation on data protection (also known as GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679), which was recently approved and adopted by the European Union (EU).

Confirming the constant commitment to keep your data protected and to guarantee maximum transparency on the way in which they are treated and kept safe, Aimonino Consulting S.r.l. has updated the Privacy information to make it adhere to the new legislation.

We remind all of you that you can at any time exercise your rights pursuant to articles 15 and ss. of EU Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to access data, or simply update the consents issued by writing to Aimonino Consulting S.r.l., with operational headquarters in Località Bossolina snc – 10080 Rivara (TO) or to the email address privacy@aimonino.eu.

Navigation, profiling and cookies data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is collected by the web space manager but which, by its very nature, could allow - through processing and association with data held by third parties - to identify users. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, and so on) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used by the web space manager for the sole purpose of obtaining usually anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and / or abuses, and are usually canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties.

The identification of the habits and propensities to consumption of the Interested parties (profiling) will be analyzed via the web through the use of cookies, in compliance with the guarantees and the necessary measures prescribed by current legislation.

Cookies are text files that the sites visited by the user send and record on his computer or mobile device, to be re-transmitted to the same sites at the next visit. Thanks to cookies, a site remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, font sizes, other display settings, etc.) so that they should not be indicated again when the user returns to visit said site or browse from one page to another of it.

Cookies are therefore used to perform computer authentication, session monitoring and storage of information regarding the activities of users accessing a site and may also contain a unique identification code that allows users to keep track of the user's navigation within of the site itself for statistical or advertising purposes. Some operations could not be carried out without the use of cookies which, in certain cases, are therefore technically necessary for the site to function.

The current legislation does not always require an express consent of the user. This is the case of "technical cookies", that is those indispensable for the functioning of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.
The Guarantor for the protection of Italian personal data (according to the Measure Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of 8 May 2014) includes among the technical cookies also:

  • "analytical cookies" where used directly by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site;

  • "navigation cookies" or session cookies, which allow you to authenticate;

  • "functionality cookies", which allow the user to browse according to his needs (for example the language) in order to improve the service rendered.

For "profiling cookies", ie those aimed at creating user profiles and used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the user in the context of surfing the net, a prior consent of the user is required. . By visiting the Aimonino Consulting S.r.l. website, information will be collected from:

By itself, the Aimonino Consulting S.r.l. website does not install cookies on your computer or on your mobile device. However, third-party cookies may be installed. By way of example, but not limited to cookies from social networks to which the interested parties are registered and who have already installed their cookies on the PC of the interested party with his consent. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but interested parties may also choose not to accept them. Aimonino Consulting S.r.l. recommends not disabling this feature, as this may prevent you from moving freely from one page to another and to benefit from all the peculiarities of the site. If the interested party does not want his computer to receive and store cookies, he can change the security settings of the browsers. The management of cookies depends on the browser used to browse on the Internet (here are some examples: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Wix).

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(EU REGULATION 2016/679, hereinafter "Regulation")

This is to inform you that your personal data is processed at our company in full compliance with current national and EU legislation regarding the processing of personal data
According to the art. 13 of EU REGULATION 679/2016 we inform you that:
1. Purpose of processing: Personal data is processed in the normal course of business of the company for the following purposes:
a) directed exclusively to the performance of contractual obligations or for the acquisition of pre-contractual information, as well as for information relating to requests from the interested party for supplies and services.
b) connected to the obligations established by laws, regulations and Community legislation, as well as provisions issued by authorities legitimated to do so and by supervisory and control bodies, as well as tax and accounting obligations;
2. Category of data collected: The data collected fall into the category of personal identification data (personal data, tax code or VAT number, identification data) strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with customers and suppliers (for example, acquisition of information preliminary to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of the obligations deriving from the concluded contract, fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations, etc.…).
3. Legal basis of processing: The processing of your processed data for the purposes indicated in point 1 letters a) and b) of this information is done lawfully, since:
- it is carried out in execution of a contract of which you are a part or in the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon request;
- it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller (in relation to the obligations provided for by laws, regulations and Community legislation, as well as tax and accounting obligations);
The processing of your data for the purposes indicated in point 1) letter c) will be carried out exclusively where you have expressed your specific consent for these purposes.

4. Methods of data processing: Data processing is carried out using paper, IT and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the same purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. In particular we inform you that your data are:
- processed lawfully, correctly and transparently;
- collected for the purposes specified above, explicit and legitimate, and subsequently treated in a way that is not incompatible with these purposes;
- adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with respect to the purposes for which they are processed («data minimization»);
- exact and, if necessary, updated, deleted and / or adjusted;
- kept in a form that allows its identification for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are treated;
- processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection, through appropriate technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
5. Data communication: For the pursuit of the purposes indicated, your data may only be communicated to credit institutions for the management of receipts and payments deriving from the execution of contracts; companies including those for information technology to allow the execution of operations and / or services such as data transfer services, for archiving procedures, for printing correspondence and for handling incoming and outgoing mail; to Public Administrations, pursuant to the law; to all those who perform banking, financial and insurance services; professional and legal, tax, commercial consultancy; companies that carry out transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications; studies or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; subjects that carry out operations of control, revision and certification of the activities carried out by the company; to company collaborators and employees in charge of processing; to the subjects to whom the communication is necessary or functional to the correct fulfillment of the contractual obligations undertaken, as well as the obligations deriving from the law or which have access to personal data pursuant to legislative or administrative provisions.
These subjects act as external data processing managers, or operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers.

6. Disclosure of the data and profiling: For the achievement of the aims indicated the data will not be subject to diffusion nor to any fully automated decision-making process, including the profiling.
7. Transfer abroad: Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union territory. If necessary, for technical or operational reasons, the holder reserves the right to transfer the data of the interested party to countries outside the European Union or international organizations for which there are decisions of adequacy of the European Commission, or on the basis of adequate guarantees provided by the country in which the data must be transferred or on the basis of the specific exceptions provided for by the Regulation.
8. Mandatory / optional nature of providing data: Stop the personal autonomy, the transfer of personal data, both common and sensitive, can be:
- binding in respect of the obligations laid down in laws, regulations and legislation and provisions issued by authorities to do so, and by the vigilance and control, as well as the obligations relating to tax and accounting
- strictly necessary for the conclusion of new relationships or for the management and execution of existing contractual relationships or in the course of being established;
- optional for the purposes referred to in point 1 letter c).
9. Refusal to provide data: Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data for the purposes indicated in point 1 of this information will make it impossible to proceed with the correct and complete execution of the contract of which you are part or to the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.
10. Data retention period: Your personal data will be stored in a form that allows its identification for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, and in any case in compliance with the relevant legal obligations at the time of data retention (tax assessments and limitation periods for the exercise of rights).

11. Rights of the interested party: At any time, in accordance with articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the storage period;
c) obtain the correction and deletion of data;
d) obtain the treatment limitation;
e) obtain the portability of the data, that is, receive it from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit it to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to physical persons, including profiling.
h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) revoke the consent at any time without jeopardizing the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
j) to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
